TERMS

By completing and returning this form you agree to the terms of Pet Pals. Please read our terms carefully before booking your pet's holiday... 

 

1. I agree that if Diane Hibble feels that my pet is at any time in need of veterinary attention I shall fully repay any costs incurred within 3 days of treatment.

 

2. I agree to pay any extra fees incurred should Diane Hibble not be able to return my pet at the agreed time due to the owners negligence. If I collect my pet earlier than this agreed I will not necessarily be refunded.

 

3. 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or altering an arranged visit.   Failure to notify Pet pals/Diane Hibble will incur a cancellation charge of the full fee.   If cancelled or altered more than 24 hours before booked time NO fee is required.

4. I agree to pay for my pet's time in full upon return of them and understand that they will not be released until full payment has been received and cleared.

 

5. All of my boarding pets have received necessary vaccinations.

 

6. None of my pets are suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious disease.

 

7. I accept that accident, injury, death, theft, public liability, and all other insurances for the owner and the boarder whilst visiting and time with with Diane Hibble/Pet Pals are the responsibility of the owner and that Diane Hibble is released of any and all such liabilities.

 

8. Some people prefer NOT to be contacted should there be a health problem with their pet. If this is the case, please email this request to me and if possible provide an alternative emergency contact.

 

If your pet becomes unwell during their time with Pet Pals/Diane Hibble and requires veterinary treatment, we will try to contact the emergency number on the booking form. If this is your mobile number PLEASE MAKE SURE IT WILL BE WORKING THROUGHOUT YOUR HOLIDAY.
